The SQRE4G15C is a second-generation ACTECO 1.5L naturally aspirated power unit. It is an upgraded version of the SQRE4G15B compliant with China National VI b emission standards. Developed specifically for entry-level commuter vehicles, it has been mass-installed on vehicles since 2019 and mainly equips cost-effective family sedans, compact SUVs and entry-level models under Kaiyi and Jetour brands. This engine adopts a cast iron cylinder block matched with an aluminum alloy cylinder head and MPI multi-point port injection.
